ProjectQ

Digitizing the Full QHSE Lifecycle

QHSE Records Management

ProjectQ is an enterprise-grade digital QHSE management system for project-driven organizations, ensuring compliance, traceability, and ISO-aligned processes across multiple sites. Built on Valmore’s ValiDT Engine and fully integrated with Danaos Projects’ ProjectView ERP, it embeds QHSE within core project operations.

The platform structures and governs QHSE records through configurable digital forms and workflows, linking all data to project context, contractual documentation, and specifications. It consolidates Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental processes into a single controlled environment.

With AI-enabled form configuration, version control, and role-based approval workflows, ProjectQ ensures full traceability, audit readiness, and reduced operational risk.

Accessible via web and mobile (online & offline), and hosted on DANAOS Azure Cloud, ProjectQ enables rapid deployment and adoption with minimal training, transforming QHSE into a streamlined, data-driven function.

…To Strategic Asset

A Joint Digital Initiative with Danaos Projects

In good company

ProjectQ has been developed through a strategic collaboration between Valmore Technologies and Danaos Projects, with the explicit objective of becoming an integrated QHSE add-on module of ProjectView ERP.

Danaos Projects brings decades of hands-on experience in complex construction, engineering, and industrial project execution. Their deep operational understanding of real-world project controls, quality assurance procedures, and site-level governance has directly shaped the structure, workflows, and record types within ProjectQ.

As a result, ProjectQ is not a generic QHSE platform adapted to projects.
It is purpose-built to reflect how projects are actually executed in demanding industrial environments.

Project Harmony Between Cost, Quality, and Time

When integrated with ProjectVIEW ERP, ProjectQ evolves from a governance platform into a core project and quality control mechanism. In this configuration, QHSE records are directly linked to the project’s operational structure, including BoQ items, WBS activities, project locations, execution dates, work shis, resources, and cost codes. Compliance is no longer isolated; it becomes embedded in execution.

A harmonious collaboration of QHSE Records, BoQ, WBS and Cost Codes

ProjectQ establishes continuous alignment between planned work, executed work, and certified work. Quality documentation justifies progress. Safety records are tied to specific crews and activities. Non-conformances can be measured against cost impact. Rework becomes visible. Deviations are traceable in real time.

The result is clear: no quantity is certified without validation, no progress is recognized without compliance evidence, and no deviation remains financially invisible. Compliance becomes an integral part of project control — not a parallel administrative layer.
