Danaos Projects brings decades of hands-on experience in complex construction, engineering, and industrial project execution. Their deep operational understanding of real-world project controls, quality assurance procedures, and site-level governance has directly shaped the structure, workflows, and record types within ProjectQ.

As a result, ProjectQ is not a generic QHSE platform adapted to projects.
It is purpose-built to reflect how projects are actually executed in demanding industrial environments.

Project Harmony Between Cost, Quality, and Time

When integrated with ProjectVIEW ERP, ProjectQ evolves from a governance platform into a core project and quality control mechanism. In this configuration, QHSE records are directly linked to the project’s operational structure, including BoQ items, WBS activities, project locations, execution dates, work shis, resources, and cost codes.
